Our client is looking for someone with a deep understanding of Salesforce development and the ability to tackle technical issues head-on. Proven experience in managing and leading a diverse team of developers is essential. Excellent communication skills are needed to liaise with various business units and understand their requirements. Your strategic thinking will help you assess requests and allocate resources efficiently to maximise productivity and success.

The successful Development Lead can expect a salary circa £80k DOE + 10% pension, remote working, over 30 days annual leave, healthcare and flexible working.
