In this position, you will oversee and manage developers worldwide, ensuring project execution excellence. Your technical expertise will support and guide your team through complex challenges. You will collaborate with various business areas, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable development plans. Your responsibilities include assessing incoming requests and strategically allocating resources based on your team's strengths and skills. You will be at the forefront of global transformation initiatives, making a tangible impact on the business and the energy sector.
Our client seeks someone with a deep understanding of Salesforce development and the ability to address technical issues directly. Proven experience in managing and leading diverse development teams is essential. Excellent communication skills are required to liaise with different business units and understand their requirements. Your strategic thinking will help you evaluate requests and allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and success.
The successful Development Lead can expect a salary of approximately £80k DOE, plus 10% pension, remote working options, over 30 days of annual leave, healthcare, and flexible working arrangements.
