Job summary

Zurich Cover-More is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across our ecosystem. The role collaborates with product managers, architects, and engineers to deliver platform enhancements and ensure health and performance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning components, Flows, and CI/CD, delivering secure and reliable integrations.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic tools.
• Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot complex Salesforce platform issues.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic tools.
• Build custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and related Salesforce technologies.
• Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot complex Salesforce platform issues.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Support system integration testing and ensure successful integration between Salesforce and connected systems.
• Follow CI/CD processes and release management practices to deploy changes to testing and production environments.
• Maintain platform security, data integrity, and overall system health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Architects, Scrum Masters, and Quality Engineers.
• Adhere to Salesforce development standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform capabilities, recommending new features, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business and customer needs.
• Provide clear communication and regular updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
