Marks Sattin is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer to support a mature, business-critical Salesforce platform used by around 275 users globally. You will handle platform administration, production support, security, automation, enhancements, releases, and user enablement while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on expertise across Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs, and integrations, plus strong governance, security, and release-management

• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, automation, and release management.

• Troubleshoot user issues and investigate production incidents to resolution.
• Design, build, test, and deploy enhancements and automation.

• Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Developer to support and enhance a mature, business-critical Salesforce platform used by approximately 275 users globally. This is a hands‑on role covering platform administration, production support, security, automation, system enhancements, releases, and user enablement, working closely with business and technology stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

• Administer and support the live Salesforce production environment.
• Manage user access, profiles/permission sets, security model, and core configuration.
• Troubleshoot user issues and investigate production incidents to resolution.

What we’re looking for (required)

• Ideally 5–7 years’ experience in Salesforce administration and development.
• Proven experience supporting a mature, production Salesforce environment.
• Hands‑on capability with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, APIs, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, automation, and release management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working with global business and technology teams.
• Salesforce Sales and Marketing cloud experience

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Experience supporting Salesforce in a controlled and/or regulated environment.
