Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Salesforce CRM Manager to oversee the performance and operation of our client's Salesforce CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce CRM, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the usage and performance of the Salesforce CRM platform within the organization
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the company’s needs and objectives
  • Train staff on how to use Salesforce and create user-friendly documentation and training materials
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track business metrics
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships
  • Work closely with various teams to ensure Salesforce is effectively integrated with other systems
  • Keep up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements
  • Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits and clean-up
  • Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM management
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM features and functionalities
  • Experience with Salesforce customization and configuration
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
