As a Salesforce Consultant, you'll use your knowledge of the Salesforce platform to define, design, build, and deploy best-in-class functionality for customers, ensuring that what's developed maximizes the potential of standard features while ensuring customization is completed in a 'low-code' but high-quality manner.

You'll be confident leading client-facing meetings and workshops from requirements gathering through to demonstrations.

About You

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

• Excellent understanding of Salesforce functionality
• Experience from a range of projects (ideally 100+ users)
• One or more 'Consultant' level Certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant)
• Knowledge of Agile practices, especially Scrum
• Familiarity with Jira & Confluence
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and simply
• Strong problem-solving skills with concise sharing of findings
• Ability to see both the big picture and details
• Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Teamwork skills with diverse backgrounds
• Initiative and motivation to advance your career
• Technical aptitude and interest in technology
