Job summary

Avensys Consulting UK is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to lead enterprise CRM transformations for the Public Sector and Energy & Utilities domains. You will translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and guide multi-cloud architecture decisions.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise, senior-level stakeholder engagement, and a track record of delivering target architectures, roadmaps, and phased implementation plans across large organizations.

Qualifications

• 14+ years CRM experience with Salesforce.
• Public Sector or Energy & Utilities domain experience.
• CRM solution architecture and integration expertise.
• Ability to design and optimize business processes and map to Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of target architectures and roadmaps for Salesforce solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce designs.
• Collaborate with clients, Technical Architects, project teams and partners to deliver architecture.
• Facilitate workshops to drive business process redesign and phased delivery.

Job Description

• Experience with CRM/Salesforce solution architecture.
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
• Detail-oriented professional with the ability to rapidly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively to solve complex business and technical challenges.
• Act as a trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for customers.
• Provide thought leadership within the Public Sector and Energy & Utilities industries.
• Lead business process redesign workshops, roadmap planning, and identify touchpoints across multi-cloud implementations.
• Assess customer business requirements and map them to Salesforce solutions.
• Contribute to target architecture, transition architecture, implementation roadmaps, and phased delivery plans.
• Provide domain expertise and strategic guidance on Salesforce 360 Platform solutions.
• Work closely with clients to define and execute their CRM strategy and roadmap, enabling both short-term wins and long-term business objectives.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects, Project Teams, and Implementation Partners to define and deliver the proposed architecture.
• Review and guide solution designs, infrastructure blueprints, and proactively identify potential risks and issues.
