Job summary

iXceed Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise CRM strategy and digital transformation initiatives in London. You will work with clients and delivery teams to shape target architecture and scalable Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, guiding multi-cloud deployments, and translating complex business requirements into actionable designs while managing stakeholders and advising clients throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Enterprise Architect.
• 14+ years of CRM experience, with at least 3 years in Public Sector or Energy & Utilities.
• Strong experience in Salesforce Solution / Enterprise Architecture and Salesforce 360 Platform.
• Proven experience in business process redesign, integration and multi-cloud implementations.
• Experience defining target architecture, transition architecture, implementation roadmaps and phased delivery plans.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation and client advisory skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
