What You'll Be Doing:
Conduct weekly reviews of Salesforce licence usage and reallocate licences where necessaryTrack and report on unused or underutilised licences, reducing waste and improving ROICollaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT to align licence needs with staffing changes and forecastsMaintain and manage Salesforce user profiles, permissions, and role-based access across the groupProduce weekly reports on active usage, low engagement, and licence forecastingWork toward cost reduction targets by consolidating accounts and optimising usageEnsure adequate licence buffers are in place for projected team growthAlign licence strategy with budget forecasts and stakeholder expectations
