Job summary

Accenture Song, a fast-growing division within Accenture, seeks a Senior Solution Architect for Salesforce CMT to design and deliver scalable, AI-enabled solutions for health, government, education and public sector clients. You will lead client engagements, shape architecture, and act as trusted advisor to deliver value at scale.

Based in the UK, you will work across a range of industries, collaborating with global teams and leveraging Agentforce and Data360 offerings to transform client

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Salesforce core offerings including Agentforce Sales, Revenue Management, Service, and Data 360.
• Trusted advisor to clients with strong leadership and consulting skills.
• Hands-on experience leading technical engagements through architecting and delivering Salesforce solutions.
• Experience addressing architecture concerns: scalability, performance, security, availability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; consulting background preferred.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, Platform Developer, Accredited Professional Certifications, Agentforce Specialist).

Responsibilities

• Articulate the solution to senior stakeholders and demonstrate effective objective handling.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using core product offerings such as Agentforce Sales, Revenue Management, Service and Data360.
• Lead client stakeholders to gather process and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop your leadership and consulting skills whilst delivering Salesforce at scale, to deliver measurable client value.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Keep informed about the latest Salesforce features and updates by engaging with Salesforce.
• Embed AI into your thinking when building out industry solutions.
• Be comfortable operating as a solution architect in a pre‑sales environment (including solution shaping and delivery estimation and planning).
