Job summary

Methods, a leading IT services consultancy, seeks a skilled Salesforce Administrator to maintain and enhance the internal Salesforce org. The role focuses on Certinia PSA and Accounting (FFA), troubleshooting financial data, and migrating legacy automation to Salesforce Flow.

You will work across the Salesforce platform, collaborating with finance teams to improve processes and deliver scalable technical solutions. Security clearance will be required during onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Salesforce and Certinia administration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows.
• Experience supporting Certinia PSA and Certinia Accounting (FFA) or similar PSA/ERP systems.
• Good understanding of finance and accounting concepts (billing, revenue, journals).
• Experience with DataLoader or similar ETL tools.

Responsibilities

• Participating in discovery sessions to gather requirements and analyze gaps.
• Translating user stories into deliverable solutions and test scenarios.
• Lead or assist design, development, testing and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
• Participating in user acceptance testing sessions and delivering training.
• Creating user and administrator documentation for solution rollouts.
• Providing 2nd line Salesforce BAU support and monitoring tickets.
