Job summary

Steadman Brown in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Senior Salesforce Administrator to own daily platform administration, configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and drive user adoption through Flows.

You will gather requirements across internal teams, build automated processes with Flow Builder, and partner with stakeholders to continuously improve system effectiveness and data quality. Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on administering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency with Flow Builder for automation (record-triggered flows, screen flows, scheduled flows).
• Experience configuring custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
• Comfortable with AppExchange solutions and third-party integrations.
• Strong communicator able to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and user experience.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.

I'm currently working with a Salesforce organisation who are looking to expand their Salesforce team! This business is ranked as the leader in the UK within their respective field and are major users of Salesforce spanning across Sales and Service Cloud, with Agentforce and Data360 on their roadmap for 2027.They are now looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to be hands-on with the Salesforce platform on a daily basis, configuring the system and ensuring that it continues to deliver for the business via Flows. You will be responsible for gathering requirements and liaising with key stakeholders to dig deeper into the pain points of their existing processes.
