Job summary

SGI is recruiting Salesforce Business Analysts across Senior and Principal levels to support projects within a complex Financial Services environment. You will collaborate with business and tech teams to deliver Salesforce solutions and drive requirement analysis.

Key duties include gathering requirements, crafting user stories, partnering with engineering teams, and guiding stakeholders through the project lifecycle while advancing Salesforce change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platforms and processes.
• Experience on large-scale or complex Salesforce programmes.
• Financial Services experience is highly desirable.
• Asset Management / Investment Management experience would be particularly beneficial.
• Able to work onsite in London for 3 days per week.
