Job summary

Mason Frank International is partnering with a global sports organisation to recruit a Salesforce Business Analyst to support ongoing projects, working with partners and internal teams. The role offers up to £67,500 salary and 2 days per week in London.

You will translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, collaborate with admins, developers and architects, and help drive user adoption and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a Salesforce environment.
• Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience working with Salesforce Admins, Developers and Architects within Agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Developers and Architects to deliver system enhancements and new functionality.
• Support UAT, testing and implementation of Salesforce changes across the business.
• Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce processes, automation, data quality and user adoption.

Mason Frank are currently partnered with a global sports organisation who use Salesforce as their chosen CRM. They are currently hiring for a Business Analyst to support their ongoing projects, this role will focus on working with partners & internal teams

-2 Days a week in London

Role & Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience working as a Business Analyst within a Salesforce environment.
• Understanding of Salesforce Marketing & Data Cloud (Nice to have)
• Proven experience gathering requirements, writing user stories and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience working with Salesforce Admins, Developers and Architects within Agile delivery teams internally & externally
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and user adoption.
