Job summary

Tanium is hiring a Salesforce-focused Business Analyst to gather and maintain requirements, assist with design, test, and evaluate new technologies. You will liaise with Sales, Partner, Marketing, Commercial Ops, and Finance teams within the Business Systems group to ensure timely delivery.

This hybrid role requires collaboration across departments, optimizing Salesforce usage to improve customer experience and drive growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, MIS, ComputerEngineering or similar technical degree.
3+ years of experience as a business analyst/implementation consultant/solutions architect supporting Salesforce platform.
3+ years of experience with declarative development on the Salesforce platform as an administrator.
Experience designing and supporting small to medium scale, complex solutions on Salesforce and associated ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales Systems team to ensure requirements are understood and documented.
Partner with stakeholders to shape requirements and align with business/technology strategy.
Plan, prioritize, design, develop and deploy new projects and system enhancements.
Create/groom user stories and work with the delivery team to deliver solutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements through business knowledge and expertise.
Coordinate and perform system testing and support UAT sign-off.
Define, plan, and execute small and medium projects plus ongoing run-the-business enhancements.
