iO Associates is seeking a Certified Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce for a leading global provider of technology-driven risk and compliance solutions. This company assists organizations in managing health, safety, environmental, and ESG requirements. Key Requirements:

• Break down complex business information into structured, feasible Salesforce solutions, guiding stakeholders effectively.
• Design and document enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions with hands-on experience.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse requirements, create functional specifications, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Proficient in data migration tools (Salesforce Data Loader, Force.com Migration Tool) and experienced in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business requirement gathering and analysis through workshops, and document solutions using industry-standard models, functional designs, and user stories.
• Support Salesforce development and testing, conduct feature demos and UAT sessions, and drive post-implementation adoption and change management.
• Act as primary contact for business users, providing first-level support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective resolution and escalation when needed.
• Oversee data integrity and reporting by developing dashboards, validating SOQL queries, supporting data migration, and maintaining best data management practices.
