Key Requirements:

• Translate complex business information into structured, feasible Salesforce solutions, guiding stakeholders effectively.
• Design and document enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions with practical experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, create functional specifications, and troubleshoot issues.
• Proficient in data migration tools (Salesforce Data Loader, Force.com Migration Tool) and experienced in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering through workshops, document solutions using industry-standard models, functional designs, and user stories.
• Support Salesforce development, testing, conduct demos, UAT sessions, and drive adoption and change management.
• Serve as the primary contact for business users, providing support, troubleshooting, and escalation as needed.
