Are you a Salesforce Business Analyst with experience in data analysis and process improvement? Perhaps you have been involved in analyst function and wanting to put what you have learned into action? Whatever the reason, this is the role for you!

Here at GXO we are currently recruiting for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at our head office in London, Great Portland Street. You will be responsible for discovering and delivering development projects to improve the business processes and support efficient use of Salesforce while playing a significant role that supports the revenue growth and client retention at GXO.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, with an option of hybrid working.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £45,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Working alongside the in-house technical development team to design and document data-driven software solutions and data flows to meet these requirements
• Managing the requirement backlog and prioritise cases for bi-weekly development Sprints
• Host virtual feedback sessions with business stakeholders to demo developments and support process change
• Assisting with software testing to ensure solutions meet required standards (User Acceptance Testing)

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Strong ’ experience of Salesforce product experience (Preferably Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud or Pardot Specialist)
• Knowledge of implementing and maintaining system processes and procedures
• Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, across the business
• Experience in creating business cases for technology-related solutions
