Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to gather and document clear, concise, and testable business and system requirements.
2. Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the Salesforce/nCino implementation.
3. Lead and facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews across various teams.
4. Act as the bridge between business and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
5. Support end-to-end solution delivery, including functional design reviews, UAT planning/execution, and change management.
6. Document current and future state business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
7. Drive enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives post-implementation.
8. Maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and nCino solutions, particularly in areas like loan origination, credit approval, covenant tracking, and onboarding.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within banking, financial services, or similar regulated industries.
2. Strong experience working on Salesforce projects, ideally with exposure to nCino.
3. Excellent understanding of commercial lending, credit workflows, and financial products.
4. Experience delivering end-to-end CRM or core banking platform implementations.
5. Ability to write high-quality business documentation, user stories, and process flows.
6. Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Visio.
7. Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
8. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
9. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience on a Salesforce/nCino implementation within a UK or European bank.
2. Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification (preferred).
3. Experience with regulatory and compliance processes in financial services.
4. Strong communication skills in both business and technical language.
