The Salesforce Team, part of Group Information Systems (GIS), is responsible for the internal development, maintenance, support, and documentation of Salesforce platform functionalities, its ecosystem, and integrations with other Claranet systems.

As a Business Analyst within the Salesforce team, you will act as the key interface between the business and the Salesforce team. You will leverage your expertise in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud to optimize our Salesforce platform, working closely with various departments to gather requirements, analyze processes, and implement solutions that meet organizational needs. Your responsibilities include:
With at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating concepts and managing Salesforce enhancement requests. You will perform testing, present solutions, and facilitate transitions.
