The Salesforce Team, part of Group Information Systems (GIS), is responsible for the internal development, maintenance, support, and documentation of Salesforce platform functionalities, its ecosystem, and integrations with other Claranet systems.

Duties and Responsibilities
Position Overview

As a Business Analyst within the Salesforce team, you will act as the key interface between the business and the Salesforce team. You will leverage your expertise in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud to optimize our Salesforce platform, working closely with various departments to gather requirements, analyze processes, and implement solutions that meet organizational needs. Your responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze needs and gather requirements.
  • Providing recommendations to streamline processes and align with the Claranet framework.
  • Documenting requirements, including page layouts, fields, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

With at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating concepts and managing Salesforce enhancement requests. You will perform testing, present solutions, and facilitate transitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Salesforce team to determine optimal technical solutions.
  • Understand and analyze business needs, define priorities, and maintain documentation.
  • Assist with end-user training and provide support during implementation phases.
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding request statuses and timelines.
  • Develop project schedules, reports, and documentation.
  • Evaluate existing processes for improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Create issue logs, schedule meetings, and document minutes.
  • Contribute to team evolution through process enhancement, innovation, and proactive service quality improvements.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer via presentations and coaching.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce Business Analysis.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Sales Cloud modules.
  • Understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and security.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Business Analyst, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
