Xoriant seeks a Salesforce Business Analyst/System Admin to manage day-to-day CRM processes, maintain systems, and document business requirements for the service area. You will communicate with business owners, users, and IT professionals to translate needs into effective Salesforce solutions.

You will support Salesforce CPQ Revenue Cloud/Billing administration, participate in solution scoping, and work with product owners to deliver changes within SLA. This role reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce.com System Administration experience.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce CPQ Revenue Cloud and/or Salesforce Billing.
• 2+ years Agile/Scrum experience delivering MVP.
• Strong ability to document business needs and translate to technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with CRM Team and Product Owners to document solutions via User Stories.
• Implement business requirements with emphasis on billing components of Salesforce Billing.
• Analyze requests to ensure solutions meet requirements without unintended impacts.
• Participate in scoping, planning, prioritization, and requirements activities with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of sales applications and processes.
• Implement solutions in Salesforce within defined timeframes.
• Collaborate with Developers and IT teams on day-to-day issues and testing.
