Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries DataRaptor, Salesforce Industries Cards, OmniScript, Salesforce Industries DX, Salesforce Industries Integration Procedures, Salesforce Industries CPQ, Salesforce Industries OM/OM+.
2. Judges the trade-offs with technology and feasibility and makes choices that fit the constraints of the project.
3. Designs and implements business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com.
4. Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing, and deployment.
5. Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solutions.
6. Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members, including offshore team members.
7. Conducts business with the utmost professionalism, fulfilling commitments consistently on-time and proactively escalating commitments that are in jeopardy.
8. Responds promptly to requests and never allows queries to fall into a 'black hole.' Attends meetings on time, always.
9. Familiar with project management fundamentals and fulfilling the project management role on projects.
10. Serves as Salesforce Industries subject matter expert, confidently challenging customers and guiding them towards appropriate solutions.
11. Ability to guide customers towards creative uses of standard cloud software functionality to meet business requirements instead of simply relying on custom code solutions.
12. Travels to client sites as required.
13. Generates timely status reports, time tracking, and expense reports.
14. Functions as a leader within the organization and industry, contributing to discussions, building a reputation as a go-to resource for the toughest problems.
15. Contributes to the wiki, asset libraries, Cloud Management Center, sponsors new employees, and presents Cool Code at Lunch and/or Continuing Ed sessions.
16. Provides presales support as requested and achieves published company utilization targets.
17. Brings project experience with packaged software or custom development implementations.
18. Oversees technical decisions and activities of Wipro project teams, including dividing up work, assigning to team members, and monitoring for quality.
19. Understands platform limitations and designs alternatives to work around limitations.
20. Ability to split time between many projects at once and identify when business requirements conflict with technical capabilities.
21. Provides constructive feedback to project teams and monitors technical deliverables for consistent quality as well as compliance with Wipro standards.
22. Partners with project managers to monitor project status and risk areas.
23. Performs the most advanced design and development tasks.

Education and Required Experience:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
2. Hands-on experience in a technical leadership position.
3. Some Salesforce Industries experience or Salesforce Industries certification(s).
4. Good Salesforce development experience.
5. Good experience of working on deployment teams, ideally using Agile development techniques.
6. Salesforce Industries architecture experience.
7. Excellent communication skills, equally comfortable with crafting emails, leading discussions with customers, or delivering technical presentations.
8. Business operations and process experience in the Communication Sector.
9. Must be able to direct and drive development team Agile Methodology / SCRUM Framework.
10. Salesforce advanced administrator, advanced developer, or technical architect certifications highly preferred.
11. One or more current Salesforce.com certifications (developer, administrator, sales/service, TA, etc.).
12. At least one year as a Technical Architect in different projects.
13. Salesforce Industries Platform Developer/Consultant certification.
14. Salesforce Industries CPQ certification or certification in either Salesforce CPQ or Apttus CPQ.
15. Salesforce Industries OM certification and Salesforce Industries Certified Industry Developer II are highly preferred.
16. Salesforce Vlocity Insurance Cloud.
