The university is looking for a Salesforce Administrator specialising in Marketing Cloud to join the Recruitment and Marketing team. This is a business-critical role that will be a key component of the team and pivotal in achieving the wider business strategy.

We are seeking Salesforce Administrators with knowledge of Marketing Cloud and a strong understanding of Salesforce modules in various environments. This role will support the university's continued growth, attracting students both nationally and internationally.

Experience of interest includes:

• Hands-on Salesforce administration skills, with problem-solving abilities and efficiency.
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical users to deliver an intuitive platform.
• Adding and configuring Objects, Fields, Workflows, Validation Rules, and Service Setup.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with data management, handling duplicate entries, and importing large datasets.
• Proven Salesforce skills and experience implementing solutions to meet diverse business needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, understanding how different business areas function, and promoting innovative ways of working to ensure long-term service health and maturity.
