Job summary

Believe Housing Limited is seeking a Salesforce Administrator on a fixed-term basis until April 2029. We value a supportive and inclusive culture and offer flexible working patterns where possible.

The role will administer, configure and maintain Salesforce, work with developers and data teams, and support transformation initiatives. On-site some days weekly in the North East, with a flexible pattern to suit business needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring it remains secure, resilient, scalable and aligned to business requirements.
• Monitor and maintain Salesforce data quality, identifying trends, inconsistencies and issues that may impact operational performance, reporting or decision-making.
• Coordinate Salesforce release activities, including impact assessment, change planning, testing, deployment support and post-implementation review.
• Act as a senior point of contact for Salesforce users, providing expert advice, troubleshooting and technical support.
• Work closely with developers, data teams and third-party suppliers to investigate and resolve integration issues.
• Work collaboratively with project teams, technical specialists and external implementation partners to support platform enhancements and transformation initiatives
