Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Proficient with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
• Hands-on experience with Flow and Validation Rules.

Responsibilities

We're on the lookout for a Salesforce Administrator to help drive our digital transformation. If you thrive on optimizing systems, love solving problems, and enjoy working cross-functionally, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage users, profiles, and permissions

• Configure custom fields, Lightning pages & validation rules

• Build reports, dashboards, and workflow automations

• Partner with teams to resolve issues & gather requirements

• Perform regular org health checks & recommend improvements

• Support UAT and monitor Salesforce releases

• Maintain data integrity and documentation

• Stay ahead with the latest Salesforce developments

• 3+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator

• Salesforce Admin Certified (must-have)

• Hands-on with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ & Account Engagement

• Skilled in Flow, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes

• Strong communicator with sharp problem-solving skills

• Bonus: Familiarity with Apex, Aura, and LWC
