Job Description:

I have partnered with a Salesforce end user who are looking to bolster their already established and high-functioning Salesforce team with a Salesforce Administrator. In this role you would be working alongside the Salesforce Product Owner, working across their Salesforce products, with a particular focus on Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and complete operational requests to support day-to-day operations
• Support change management by providing solutions or guiding colleagues through the possibilities of Salesforce
• Work closely with functional leaders, organisational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new businesses processes

Skills/Qualifications

• Understanding of automation tools (such as Flows and Approval Processes)
• A deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud

Requirement

• Onsite requirement during probation, with hybrid working (2 days a week) possible thereafter
