The Salesforce team manages the internal Salesforce org, our key business platform. The Salesforce Administrator will be vital in analyzing and resolving user issues, driving adoption, fixing system bugs, and implementing stakeholder change requests. They will also design, create, and deliver technical solutions to ensure the Salesforce org remains fit for purpose.

About you:
You possess a strong understanding of core business functions (Marketing, Sales, Service Delivery, Finance, HR) and how to configure Salesforce accordingly. You are an excellent communicator, capable of leading discussions, managing expectations, and improving user experience and operational efficiency. You enjoy owning varied workloads, from solution delivery to end-user support and training.
You are confident in managing full project lifecycles, establishing rapport with users and stakeholders, and working autonomously or as part of a team. The role is based in Central London, with potential travel within the UK.
