Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to maintain the Distribution Salesforce platform, ensuring proper user profiles, roles, and visibility sharing. The role involves updating the platform in line with business developments, providing insights into its capabilities, and sharing knowledge across the wider business.

Working Pattern

Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full-time, 35 hours per week. We are happy to discuss flexible working!

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all user license allocations, security, profiles, permission sets, and roles on the Salesforce platform.
  • Design and build custom objects, fields, page views, and core system features as required.
  • Create custom features for users across multiple sectors, including Salesforce Flows for business processes.
  • Provide training to L&D personnel and end users when needed.
  • Coordinate and assist with project deliverables within the Salesforce team.
  • Track change requests and monitor usage and adoption of Salesforce across Distribution.
  • Provide operational support through support processes such as mailbox and ticketing systems.
  • Promote Salesforce use across Vitality and serve as a key contact for users.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders for ideation and collaboration.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and introduce new technologies to Vitality.
Essential Skills
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce products in any capacity.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work flexibly under tight deadlines and demanding stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail in development and testing.
  • Effective communication of technical concepts verbally and in writing.
