The Role

As a Lister / Sales Valuer, you will:

• Carry out market appraisals and property valuations across Fakenham and the surrounding areas
• Win new instructions and generate business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
• Provide expert advice on pricing, marketing strategies and local market conditions
• Work closely with the sales team to maximise property exposure and secure successful sales
• Identify opportunities to grow market share and increase branch revenue
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
• Represent the business professionally within the local community
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on valuation opportunities
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business
• Proven experience within residential estate agency
• A strong track record in valuations, listing properties and winning instructions
• Good knowledge of the local property market, or the ability to develop this quickly
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A confident, professional and personable approachSelf-motivated, commercially minded and target-driven
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
