A successful Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Property Valuer / Lister to join their Rochester team. This is a sales-focused role for someone confident carrying out valuations, winning instructions and providing expert advice to vendors.
Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Valuer / Lister:
- Carry out accurate and competitive property valuations, providing vendors with professional advice on pricing and marketing
- Win new instructions by building strong relationships and converting valuations into listings
- Provide expert advice on the best marketing strategy to maximise exposure and achieve the best possible sale price
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals and following up valuation opportunities
- Monitor local market activity, property trends and competitor listings to identify new opportunities
- Work closely with the branch team to maximise sales opportunities and contribute to the overall performance of the office
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential estate agency, ideally within a valuation or listing role
- Proven ability to win instructions and convert valuations into new business
- Strong knowledge of the local residential property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident building rapport with vendors and developing long‑term relationships
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on achieving sales and commission targets
- Self‑motivated, organised and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, or willingness to use a company car
