Job summary

Motia is seeking a Coaching & Development Trainer to lead induction, training, and ongoing development of the Fleet and Fuel Card Sales Teams at our Burnley office. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive sales targets through enhanced staff skills and knowledge.

The role requires delivering structured coaching, maintaining training documentation, and coordinating with the National Training Manager for program improvements. Travel to support training across the group may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an office environment is essential.
• preferably with Business-to-Business telesales experience.
• Supervisory skills would be advantageous.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present confidently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver induction programs for new recruits in a dynamic, engaging way.
• Provide ongoing on-the-job training aligned to post-induction schedules.
• Deliver regular refresher training and coaching to staff.
• Document coaching sessions and track progress with managers.
