Sales Trainer

Location: London - 1 day WFH per week

Salary: Up to £45,000 + bonus

Are you a former Recruitment Consultant driven more by developing people than by sales or KPIs?

Do you have experience in Business Development and want to use it to improve others' performance?

If yes, this could be your opportunity to transition into Learning & Development (L&D).

Working within the Sales Development Team for an international recruitment company, you will support consultants across the UK, USA, and UAE.

The company recruits for well-known brands and values high performance and continuous improvement. Therefore, effective and consistent training aligned with the brand message is crucial.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Real-world examples of success and failure in Business Development, demonstrating authenticity and relatability
  • Proven success in winning clients and candidates, with the ability to share how you achieved these results
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability to different learning styles
  • A genuine desire to develop recruiters aiming to become top billers, and readiness to shift from a sales desk role
