Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Creation of area business plans to drive growth and profitability with Contractors and Wholesalers in your assigned geography.
  • Develop business relationships with contractors & branch managers in your geographic area.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with the Regional MK sales teams, Customer Service Team, and the wider HBT sales team on customer proposals and orders.
  • Plan and prioritize customer/client contact towards achieving business aims and sales targets.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of working within the electrical industry (experience with electrical contractors and/or MK Electric & Honeywell Lighting Control is advantageous)
  • Ability to form and manage customer relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Confident, demonstrates an optimistic ’can do’ attitude and strong belief in own ability to succeed.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a successful, well-established team.
  • Confidence to prepare and lead meetings with internal and external customers.
