To elevate our sales department, we are seeking a Fleet Sales Team Leader to report to our Sales Manager. The role aims to enhance our sales effectiveness through structured management aligned with sales techniques, strategies, and philosophies.

This position involves leading and inspiring the sales team across our Fuel division, crucial for our success.

Requirements:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse sales team and channels.
  • Be actively present on the sales floor, engaging with the team.
  • Utilise CRM as a sales tool and support team members in its effective use.
  • Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and implement productivity strategies.
  • Build a positive team culture, celebrate successes, and recognize achievements.
  • Identify development needs and create coaching plans.
  • Stay updated on market insights and share knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to processes, compliance, and standards.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and expand the customer base.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and provide forecasts.
  • Partner with HR for recruitment and development of Sales Agents.
  • Communicate sales techniques and strategies effectively.
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure compliance in customer interactions.

Experience Needed:

  • Proven success in customer acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and team performance.
  • Ability to learn quickly and handle complex information.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and multichannel sales teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, with initiative and results-driven.
  • Certifications in sales management (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) are advantageous.
  • Industry experience in Oil/Gas/Energy or Fuel sectors is a plus.
