An ambitious and innovative recruitment firm is looking for a Sales Team Lead to drive the growth of its UK operation, focusing on Cloud, Software Engineering, and Data talent solutions across the UK and Europe.

The UK office is currently a compact team of four consultants operating in high-demand tech markets - poised for scale with the right leadership.

While the founder focuses on expanding U.S. operations, this is your opportunity to take the reins of the UK team, build something special, and accelerate your path to Director-level leadership with equity-style profit sharing.

The Role:

This is a hands-on billing manager role where you'll lead, coach, and grow a team of junior consultants (3 BD, 1 Delivery), all with less than two years' experience. You'll set the pace, drive revenue, and shape the UK business strategy - while still building your own client base in high-value tech markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a sales team of 4, creating a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and accountability.
  • Bill personally, leading from the front while developing new and existing client relationships across Europe.
  • Own the UK strategy – expand the firm’s presence in cloud, software, and data markets across the UK, Netherlands, and Germany.
  • Deliver structured training plans, ensuring team members develop into high-impact consultants.
  • Continuously refine sales processes, drive KPIs, and track revenue growth.

What They're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a billing manager or senior 360 consultant in recruitment/staffing.
  • Natural leadership ability with a track record of developing successful consultants.
  • Commercially sharp, target-driven, and entrepreneurial in mindset.
  • Knowledge of cloud, software, or data recruitment markets is a bonus (but not essential).
  • Ready to step into a leadership role with autonomy, influence, and long-term progression.
