Who are we looking for?

The role of Sales Support Specialist is a key role within the Gamma Channel Sales team. You will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, order processing, and managing customer accounts.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Provide general support to the sales team as needed.
  • Provide direct support to Partners in the unallocated channel of accounts.


What you’ll need:

  • Experience of working in a support environment.
  • Telecoms knowledge and experience is desirable.
  • Customer facing experience and great customer service skills.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Communication skills that are both verbal and written.
  • Strong sense of ownership and pride in your work.
  • Self-motivator and able to motivate others in your team.
  • Able to manage numerous tasks and work to tight deadlines.
  • Remain calm under pressure and solve problems by finding the root cause and addressing it.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Understand, respect and uphold the values of Gamma.
