The Role:


We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team and ensure seamless client onboarding and administration. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous admin experience in a sales environment who is looking to join a supportive and growing company.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:

  • Process and track new merchant applications
  • Check submitted documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Liaise with sales reps and clients to gather missing information or provide updates
  • Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system
  • Prepare contracts, welcome packs, and reports for new clients
  • Answer incoming calls and emails, aiding or directing queries as needed
  • Assist with general office administration and support tasks to help the team stay organised and efficient

You’ll be a key part of keeping our operations running smoothly — ensuring the sales team can focus on building relationships while you handle the essential details behind the scenes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an admin role, ideally supporting a sales function
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred
