Job summary

BiGDUG is seeking a proactive Sales Support Advisor to join the team in Hemel Hempstead on a fixed-term maternity cover. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, advise on products, generate quotations, and process orders using the Kaiser + Kraft system.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support or internal sales is desirable.
• Proficient IT skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/Word).
• Excellent communication and strong organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries by phone and email to maximise sales opportunities.
• Advise customers on suitable products and solutions and provide full product training.
• Create and issue quotations and follow up opportunities.
• Process orders accurately using the Kaiser + Kraft system.
• Maintain customer records and handle complaints or returns.
