At Lookers Glasgow Audi, we have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our experienced and growing team. As a Sales Support Executive, you will ensure our customers are provided with great service and deals are progressed accurately and in line with company defined procedures.

Here at Lookers Glasgow Audi, you will report to the accomplished Head of Business, Ian Struthers, who will provide ongoing support to ensure you have the tools needed to succeed in your role.

Key Tasks

1. Maximise our online presence for new and used cars, driving footfall to our website, and creating opportunities for the sales team.
2. Update daily price changes.
3. Ensure online images are of the highest quality.
4. Review pricing reports with the sales manager to ensure all stock is correctly priced within our policy, maximising sales opportunities.

Key Skills Required

1. Excellent IT skills, with good understanding of Excel and Word.
2. Understanding of the motor trade is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, supportive of your team, ambitious, eager to learn, IT literate, and comfortable using online databases. You should be confident in meeting customer requirements, organized in managing your workload, and excellent at building long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.

Previous motor trade experience or similar role experience is advantageous but not essential.
