Overview

Location: Lookers Vehicle Solutions, Harrogate

Contract type: Permanent, hybrid working (2 days per week in the office)

Hours: Monday - Friday; 09:00 - 17:30

Salary: £25,150 OTE including £1,000 bonus

We are pleased to offer a Sales Support Advisor role based at our Group Fleet office in Harrogate. This is a hybrid working position.

This role is varied and engaging, working alongside Fleet Account Managers and the wider Sales Support Advisor team to provide professional and efficient service to Group Fleet customers.

You will join a team of 11, reporting to our Team Leader, Terry Criscuolo, who will support your development in this role.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and ordering of vehicles for customers
• Utilize the internal fleet management system and adhere to procedures when processing and managing customer orders
• Ensure customer records/databases are complete and up-to-date in collaboration with the Account Manager and other Sales Support Advisors
• Handle internal and external queries proactively and professionally
• Provide the highest level of customer service to Group Fleet customers

Qualifications

We are looking for confident, organized individuals with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be IT literate and comfortable using computer databases.
