Job summary

Rise Search Limited is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join a small, motivated team onsite. You will be the first contact for customers and enquiries, directing them to the right team, issuing quotes, and ensuring CRM accuracy as you support sales and engineering.

There is scope to attend trade shows and grow into a wider sales role. You don’t need a technical background; the focus is on representing the business well, taking initiative, and growing responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, sales support or administration role.
• Confident, polite telephone manner and good written communication.
• Experience using a CRM system to manage customer records and enquiries.
• Proactive, self-starting approach, with initiative to act without being asked.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and enquiries professionally, directing to the right team member.
• Issuing quotes and product information from the price list once engineering has completed costings.
• Chasing outstanding quotes and following up with customers to keep the sales process moving.
• Taking the lead on the CRM, keeping customer records, enquiries and activity up to date.
• Supporting light account management, acting as a consistent point of contact for customers.
• Helping with general sales and office admin, and finding useful work to support the team during quieter periods.
