Wilton, Salisbury | £24,000 – £25,000 + Bonus | 36hrs/week + Flexible Hours
Join a UK-based manufacturer and market leader in a specialist industry with a reputation for high-quality products, reliable service, and continued innovation. We're looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to become an essential part of our growing Sales & Marketing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales support or administration or for someone with strong communication and IT skills looking to break into a sales career.
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the Sales team ensuring that customer enquiries, quotations, and orders are handled promptly, accurately, and with a personal touch. Key responsibilities include:
Responding to inbound enquiries by phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
Supporting the team in preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining CRM records
Collaborating with operations on order lead times and dispatch details
Assisting with support contracts and general administrative tasks
Contributing to sales meetings and maintaining exceptional customer service throughout
You’ll be confident speaking to customers and internal teams, enjoy working in a team environment, and be comfortable managing several tasks at once. You’ll bring:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong IT capability (MS Office, CRM familiarity a bonus)
A keen eye for detail and a "can-do" attitude
Self-motivation and a willingness to learn
Previous experience in a sales admin or customer service role (desirable but not essential)

Salary: £24,000 – £25,000 per year
Bonus: Christmas bonus dependent on company and personal performance
Hours: 36 hours/week with semi-flexible working (core hours 10am–4pm Mon–Thurs; 10am–12pm Fri)
Holidays: 24 days holiday + bank holidays
Development: ongoing training, and genuine opportunities for progression
Location: Locally based office, free parking on site.
