Hours : Full time

Salary : Depending on experience

I am looking for a sales support administrator to join an established team for a Global business based in London.

You ll play a key role in supporting the commercial function managing customer orders coordinating with internal teams and delivering a first-class customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong commercial awareness attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to develop in a fast-paced global business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and confirm customer and purchase orders.
  • Liaise with commercial logistics and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide timely accurate responses.
  • Prepare price quotes samples and quality documentation.
  • Manage CRM data log quotes opportunities and leads.
  • Monitor shipments and stock levels for key accounts.
  • Produce reports and support senior management with data insights.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in a commercial sales support or analytical role.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUPs formulas); Power BI a plus.
  • Experience with CRM and / or ERP systems.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (German or French advantageous).
