Supervisor 16-hour contract

About the role:

As a Supervisor with New Look, you will collaborate with your Store Manager to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and are motivated to return. You will inspire your team to help customers look good and express themselves through the latest fashion, anytime and anywhere. This will be achieved by setting high standards and leading your team to deliver excellent results.

You are passionate about service and creating a relaxed, friendly, customer-focused environment. You are committed to your development, seeking innovative ways to enhance your performance through tailored development plans via our Online Academy training and support from your Store Manager.

You have previous retail management experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of achieving results through your team.
