Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Manchester to lead a store team, drive exceptional customer experiences, and achieve sales targets both in-store and via virtual channels.

You will coach colleagues, collaborate with hosts across Capri brands, and use digital tools to maximize client engagement and loyalty. The role emphasizes inclusive service, accuracy, and proactive loss prevention in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail, ideally in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with empathy, clarity, and respect for diverse working styles.
  • Comfort with technology and a willingness to use digital tools to enhance customer experience.
  • Familiarity with retail KPIs and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire, coach, and support the store team while partnering with the host store to build a culture of accountability and performance.
  • Assist the management team in onboarding and developing team members, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported.
  • Guide the team to prioritize inclusive, high-quality customer experiences that build loyalty and repeat business in store and through virtual Shopping.
  • Ensure MK Ambassadors maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools.
  • Proactively manage client database to increase sales.
  • Set and communicate clear sales goals and KPIs, ensuring all team members understand how they contribute to success.
  • Promote a proactive approach to loss prevention, collaborating with store leadership to address concerns early.
  • Use company communication platforms effectively and follow through on relevant updates and actions.

What You’ll Do:
People

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
