New Look in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will mentor your team to provide excellent service that encourages customers to return.

You’ll champion current fashion trends, focus on customer satisfaction, and develop your own skills through our online training and store support. Retail management experience in a fast-paced setting is essential.

About the role:

As a Supervisor with New Look, you will work with your Store Manager to implement the ultimate shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they are given the highest level of service, and they want to return back to us. You will inspire your team to ensure that our customers look good and can express themselves with the latest fashion wherever and whenever they want. You’ll achieve this by setting exceptional standards and leading your people to deliver high quality results.

You will have previous retail management experience, gained from a fast-paced environment with a track record of delivering results through a team.
