Job summary

NEW LOOK is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in delivering an outstanding shopping experience. You will lead a team to ensure customers look and feel their best, by modelling exceptional service and style, wherever and whenever they shop with us.

You will be passionate about service, foster a relaxed, customer-focused environment, and engage in ongoing development through our Online Academy, with guidance from your Store Manager and a strong track record of results-driven

About the role:

As a Supervisor with New Look, you will work with your Store Manager to implement the ultimate shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they are given the highest level of service, and they want to return back to us. You will inspire your team to ensure that our customers look good and can express themselves with the latest fashion wherever and whenever they want. You'll achieve this by setting exceptional standards and leading your people to deliver high quality results.

You will have previous retail management experience, gained from a fast-paced environment with a track record of delivering results through a team.
