An established industry player seeks a proactive sales professional to oversee the sales process of service kits and spare parts. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure timely delivery and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will drive service revenue growth while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Reporting to the Spares Sales Team Leader, EMENA, this position will oversee the full sales process of selling service kits and spare parts to customers across a number of territories. Working alongside the service delivery, technical, sales, order processing, logistics and operation teams to ensure that our customers are receiving the correct spare parts within their expected time frame. This person will be tasked with building relationships with key personnel to grow service revenue within their designated territories.

With strong customer focus experience, ideally in end user and/or B2B sales, you will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to create basic excel reports. You will also have demonstrable experience of building relationships and gaining trust via the phone/email and direct interaction with customers where appropriate.
