Job description

Reporting to the Spares Sales Team Leader, EMENA, this position oversees the full sales process of service kits and spare parts to customers across multiple territories. Collaborating with service delivery, technical, sales, order processing, logistics, and operations teams, the goal is to ensure customers receive the correct spare parts within their expected timeframes. The role involves building relationships with key personnel to grow service revenue within designated territories.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  1. Proactively contacting distributors to promote the sale of service kits.
  2. Working with the tech support team to provide recommendations and quotations related to service and repairs.
  3. Developing relationships with distributors through effective communication to increase service revenue.
  4. Creating sales quotations for new and existing customers.
  5. Managing service sales administration, including customer install base and sales lead information.
  6. Implementing sales strategies for EMENA territories in collaboration with management.
  7. Building effective relationships with colleagues and customers across territories.
  8. Meeting KPIs related to response times for inbound requests.
  9. Utilizing CRM systems to manage customer information and orders.
  10. Learning and understanding technical aspects of products to inform sales and recommendations.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer focus experience, preferably in end-user or B2B sales, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to generate basic Excel reports. Demonstrable experience in relationship-building and trust-gaining via phone, email, and direct interaction is essential.
