Service Sales Specialist - German Speaker - Glasgow

We are recruiting a Service Sales Specialist to handle key service sales activities including New Business, Renewals, and Spare Parts. The ideal candidate will be a fluent German speaker involved in selling and educating both new and existing Peak customers on our full Peak Protected service product portfolio.

In this role, you will develop a strong understanding of the Peak business, generator product range, and service contract portfolio. Collaboration with generator sales, service delivery, and other teams is essential.

Key objectives:

  • Achieve sales growth and profitability in the German territory
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets

Your duties will include:

  • Contact existing customers to propose suitable Peak Service Contracts
  • Manage generator customer database and sales leads
  • Generate new customer leads and promote Peak Scientific service products
  • Make outbound calls to various customers and sales channels
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Research and analyze accounts to identify opportunities
  • Utilize CRM to record opportunities, leads, and customer data, and prepare quotations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Assist with administrative tasks and handle post/invoice queries

As a confident German speaker, you should have experience in B2B and end-user sales. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, goal-oriented, resilient, and positive under pressure.

Additional skills required:

  • Relationship management and teamwork skills
  • Ability to handle large data volumes
  • Proficiency in SAP CRM, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Confidence to make cold calls and generate new clients
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders
